Referred to below as "we". This policy follows the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and covers the AutoHub Odesa website and bookings made through it.
2. What we collect and why
We collect exactly what we need to call you back and book you into the bay. The form asks for nothing beyond that.
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Name | To address you by name when we call | Your consent |
| Phone number | To confirm the booking and agree a time | Your consent |
| Car make, model and year | To prepare the bay and tools before you arrive | Your consent |
| Preferred date, time and comment | To place the booking in the technician's schedule | Your consent |
| Selected services and preliminary estimate | So the technician knows the context before calling | Your consent |
We do not collect document scans, your car's VIN, geolocation, or data about other sites you visit.
We do not collect payment details either. Card data is entered on the acquiring bank side and never reaches our server. We only see the fact of payment, the amount and the payment identifier. The digital service additionally requires your e-mail address - the fiscal receipt and the link to the result are sent there.
3. Consent, and what happens without it
The booking is only submitted after you tick the consent box. Without it the form does not send - that is a technical constraint, not a formality. If you would rather not leave data on the site, simply call us: booking by phone works exactly the same.
4. Who the data goes to
We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising. Technically it passes through:
- Telegram - a notification to the technician about a new booking. Your name, phone, car and comment go there. The service is operated by Telegram Messenger LLP.
- Our own server - the booking is stored in a log on a disk physically located in our own contour, not in a third-party cloud.
- The acquiring bank - for the digital service only. It receives the order number and the amount; you enter card details on its own page and we never see them.
- The fiscal (PRRO) operator - for the digital service only. Your e-mail address is needed to send the fiscal receipt required by law.
A separate note on the AI consultant. Questions you ask the consultant on the site are processed by the Google Gemini model. Only the text of your question is sent there. Your name, phone and any contact details from the booking form never reach the model - these are separate, unconnected parts of the site.
5. How long we keep it
- A booking enquiry - 12 months from the date of contact, then deleted.
- If you became a customer - for as long as tax law requires primary documents to be kept.
- If you asked for deletion - deleted within 30 days, except data we are legally obliged to retain.
6. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law you have the right to:
- know exactly which of your data we hold;
- obtain a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- withdraw consent and request deletion;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
To exercise any of these rights, call +380 67 676 01 23 or write to the same number on Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber. We reply during working hours.
7. Security and cookies
The site works only over a secure connection. Bookings are stored in a contour with restricted access. Access keys for third-party services are held on the server and never sent to the browser.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your preferences - language and theme - are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to our server.
8. Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, we update the revision date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting the scope of data or its recipients take effect no earlier than 10 days after publication.
