This document is a formal proposal (public offer) to enter into a services agreement on the terms below. The customer is any legally capable person who has accepted these terms.
2. What counts as acceptance
The agreement is concluded the moment you do any of the following:
- submit a booking through the form on the site;
- contact us by phone, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber and agree a booking;
- hand the vehicle over to the bay for work.
3. Services we provide
- PDR - paintless dent removal preserving the factory paint.
- Detailing - interior deep cleaning with ozone treatment, polishing, ceramic coating.
- Protective coatings - PPF paint protection film, window tinting, athermal glass protection.
- Body work - plastic restoration, chip and crack repair on glass.
- Import support - consulting, customs cost calculation, vehicle intake after the port and pre-sale preparation.
- Digital service "SMM studio" - generation of social media texts and scripts to your brief, delivered as a file via a link. It is the only service paid for on the website.
4. Price: why the calculator is an estimate
Any figure the calculator shows on the site is a preliminary estimate, not a final price. This is stated in the calculator itself and repeated here so there is no misunderstanding.
The final cost is quoted by the technician after a physical inspection: paint thickness is measured with a gauge, and the damage is assessed under a PDR lamp. Before that inspection nobody can quote an exact price - neither the site nor a technician over the phone.
A separate note on the customs calculator. It applies the rates in force on the date shown next to the result, and the official National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate for that date. Rates and the exchange rate change. The calculation is not tax advice and does not replace customs declaration: final amounts are determined by the customs authority.
Work begins only after you approve the final estimate. If a hidden defect that changes the scope is found during the work, the technician stops and agrees the change with you separately.
5. Process and timing
- You submit a booking or call us.
- We confirm the time and take the vehicle into the bay.
- The technician inspects it and quotes the final estimate.
- Work is carried out after your approval.
- You accept the work and pay for it.
Indicative durations are shown in the calculator next to each service. The actual time depends on the condition of the vehicle and is agreed during the inspection.
6. Payment
Work in the bay. Payment is made in the bay after the work is accepted. The payment method is agreed with the technician.
The "SMM studio" digital service. It is paid for on the website through a Ukrainian acquiring bank. The price in hryvnia is fixed at the moment the order is created and does not change after payment: the amount shown before payment and the amount charged are the same. Card details are entered on the bank side - they never reach our server and are not stored by us. The fiscal receipt is sent to the e-mail address you provide.
7. Warranty and liability
- Warranty on work. The warranty period depends on the type of work and materials and is stated when the estimate is agreed. Warranty on applied coatings is valid provided the care instructions given at handover are followed.
- What is not covered. Mechanical damage after handover, consequences of an accident, exposure to aggressive chemicals, and any self-performed intervention on a treated surface.
- Limit of liability. The provider is liable for damage caused to the vehicle through its fault during the work, up to the value of the relevant work. The provider is not liable for hidden defects that existed before handover and could not be found during a normal inspection.
- Regarding vehicle import. The provider offers support and calculations but is not a party to the auction transaction, is not a customs broker, and is not responsible for customs authority decisions or changes in rates or exchange rates.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking at any point before work starts - just tell us by phone or messenger. If work has already begun, the volume actually completed is payable.
If you are not satisfied with the quality, tell us at handover or within the warranty period. We re-inspect the vehicle and remedy the defect at our own cost if it arose through our fault.
The "SMM studio" digital service. An order may be cancelled at any time before payment. After payment the generation starts automatically, so the right to withdraw from digital content supplied with your consent does not apply to material already delivered.
If we did not deliver in full. If nothing was generated, the whole amount is refunded. If fewer items were delivered than the package includes, the value of the undelivered part is refunded at the unit price of that package. The shortfall is stated in the result file itself and on the order page, not only in our logs.
Access period. The result link is valid for 7 days and has a limited number of downloads. After that the material is deleted.
9. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described separately in the Personal data processing policy. By accepting this offer you confirm that you have read it.
10. Other terms
- The offer is valid indefinitely until withdrawn or amended. The binding version is the one published on this page.
- The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of Ukraine.
- Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the law of Ukraine.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining terms stay in force.
